Outsourcing project management is one of the services that I offer to organizations through pmmentor (my consulting business based in Croatia). But what outsourcing exactly means within project management context?
When an organization has troubles managing one of their projects, they can contract me or my associates to manage it for them. They can even contract the whole project management team.
